The 6th International Tournament of Parma, which after only a few editions is already a classic of the Italian chess scene, will start on 3 January 2026.
7 rounds of play for the main tournament (A) reserved for players with an Elo greater than 1900 with a prize pool of 3000 euros. It starts on Saturday at 3 pm with the first round and continues over the next three days with two rounds per day.
Tournaments B (participants under 2000 Elo points) and C (under 1600), both with 6 rounds, will start on the morning of 4th January. Total prize money €2,500.
